The Beijing Ocean Xingye Science and Technology Company Ltd., was an off-spring of the Meters Branch of the Beijing Ocean Electronic and Mechanical New Technology Corporation which was restructured in 1997 when the company's ownership changed from state-owned to collectively-owned. The parent company which was first set up in 1984, used to deal in electronic testing instrument and the maintenance of electronic products.Currently, the Company employs more than 40 people, 90% are professionals and technicians. The company has set up branch offices or joint operations in Beijing、 Shanghai、 Wuhan、Hongkong and Taiwan.
